I hear a lot of noise on my recordings

• If you’re picking up too much background noise on your recording, you may need to decrease the volume of your recording.

• Please follow the steps below to decrease the recording volume:

1. Tap the menu button on the top left of the navigation bar.
2. Scroll down then tap “settings”.
3. Scroll down to the audio setting section and increase the recording volume.

• For optimal recording quality, we recommend using a headset with a built-in mic.

• Be sure to hold the mic close to your mouth so it will pick up your voice but not too close as this will distort your vocal performance.
