Content that you create through or upload to the Services will by default be public and available to users of the Services. You may change what Content you share publicly by changing the privacy setting of each recording in the ‘Me’ area in the app. You hereby agree and acknowledge that Yokee is not liable in any manner or under any cause of action for any use by a third party of the Content you post publicly. Furthermore, you hereby consent and permit Yokee to store any information or Content uploaded by you on its servers for the purpose of providing you the Service and share your Content with other Yokee applications
Forums, message boards, blogs and/or news groups may be available to you through the Services. Please remember that any information you post in these areas becomes public information. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited responses. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any of your personal information in a public forum.
How We Use Your Personal Information
The personal information you provide to us may be used for a variety of purposes, such as to register with, log-in, and use, the Service and interact with other users. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, new features or applications, and changes to features of the Service, or special offers. If you do not want to receive email messages from us, you may opt out by sending an email with “opt out” in the subject line to support@yokee.tv or by following the unsubscribe link in the applicable email. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or other offers. You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

If you do not wish that we collect any personally identifiable information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.
Policy Towards Children
This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@yokee.tv. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

Account Deletion

If you terminate your account, your profile will be removed from the Service, however, deletion may not be immediate and Yokee may continue keeping your personal information in its records for billing purposes, audits and other administrative purposes.
