We are a leading mobile music app developer with over 100 million users worldwide. We have 4 successful mobile apps in the AppStore and Google Play (Yokee™ , Yokee™ Piano, Piano Academy and TheVoice Karaoke)

We are looking for a service-oriented go-getter with 1+ years’ proven experience as an Office Manager (if your experience is in high-tech, that’s a bonus). You’re organized and accurate, a multi-tasker with amazing attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re also independent, great at time management and a fast learner. You’re flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew, and you’re proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

As an Office Manager you will:

  • Take full responsibility for all office activities and be the go-to person for any enquiries.

  • Manage ongoing office services such as mail, supplies, office equipment, etc.

  • Produce excel report for 3rd party content vendors.

  • Work closely with book-keeping and finance.

  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
